Chris Taylor
Chris graduated from the University of Waikato with law and management (majoring in finance) degrees in 2005 and was also admitted to the bar in that year. Chris joined the firm’s business department in 2010 after 5 years experience in national and Auckland firms.
Chris handles corporate and business legal matters, including securities, capital raising, funds management, contract negotiation and drafting, finance, joint ventures, limited partnerships, and other general business law.
