Stuart Spicer
Stuart is Whangarei born and is a graduate of Auckland University where he gained law and commerce degrees (majoring in accounting).
He is the Managing Partner of the firm.
He has wide experience in commercial practice including: Business law, contract negotiation and drafting, company matters, finance, joint ventures, partnerships, estate planning and trusts, estate administration, property transactions, property development and business law. He is also leads the estate management department.
Stuart is also a mediator helping people resolve difficult disputes quickly and efficiently. Stuart works with a large team of lawyers and legal executives and support staff.
He is a member of the Board of Alzheimers Northland and of the National Board of Alzheimers NZ. He is also a trustee of the Whangarei Boys High School Old Boys Association Trust. He is a director of Lawlink Limited - a nationwide co-operative of law firms.
